Key Conditions to Redeem the Rewards

This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem rewards. It does not replace the full Terms of Service of Maeving.

Referrer Rewards

The referrer is offered a cash reward for each friend who successfully purchases a Maeving for the first time and has their order fulfilled.
For the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Maeving.
The referrer must be an existing Maeving customer.
Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Maeving, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit. A Referrer may not earn more than 7000 GBP of reward value within last 12 months.
Rewards will be delivered to the referrer within 60 days after the referred friend receives the delivery of their Maeving RM1 provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled or refunded within 14 days after the bike has been delivered.
The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has purchased and will be updated on the pending commission and when the reward will be paid.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
Maeving reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
Maeving reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.

The Referred friend is offered a £250 discount off when they place their first order with Maeving. Note: we occasionally offer higher discounts for limited periods of time and will notify you of any offers and timings in advance of these going live.
The Referred friend cannot use a referral code on pre-order, limited edition or custom made Maeving motorcycles.
In order to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Maeving and over the age of 18.
The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
