Maeving Tender

 

Start date: 23 November 2023

Maeving Ltd are looking for contractor(s)/suppliers to carry out the refurbishment for our premises based in Coventry. We are tendering for quotes for the completion of the following:

  • Renovation works to new unit including wall removal and painting
  • Electrical Installation
  • Installation of new racking
  • Carpet for office and meeting rooms

We expect to commence this project as soon as possible December 2023 with completion by February 2024 at the latest. Payments will be made in instalments as each phase of the project is completed as above. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way:

  • Price (40%)
  • Timescales (40%)
  • Experience/track record (20%)
