Refund policy
Returns and refunds
All deposit payments on a Maeving are fully refundable ahead of your final payment.
For full payment orders: “You acknowledge and agree that, after placing your order below and signing the Purchase Agreement, you are ineligible for any refund. Before then, you can request a refund by emailing usa.support@maeving.com”
For financed orders: “You acknowledge and agree that, after placing your order below and signing the Purchase Agreement or accepting your financing offer, you are ineligible for any refund. Before then, you can request a refund by emailing usa.support@maeving.com.”
For non-motorcycle products: if you’re not happy with your purchase upon delivery, you have the option to return it to us within 30 days of the order date and receive a full refund. The following rules for return apply:
- Your item must be returned to us in an "as new" condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories/manuals/keys/chargers must be returned in an "as new" condition.
- Returned items must have a copy of the original sales invoice included, along with details for the reason for the return
- The customer is responsible for courier/postage/collection fees.
- If you are unable to organise a courier, then a collection can be arranged with Maeving. The collection costs will be deducted from the refund total.
