New Rider Program - T&Cs

The following terms and conditions apply to the Maeving New Rider Program:

1. Eligibility
   The New Rider Program is open to customers purchasing a new Maeving motorcycle in the US who meet the eligibility requirements set out below.
   
2. Promotion Period
   To qualify, customers must order a Maeving with a fully refundable $500 deposit between 00:01 (PST) on 1 July 2026 and 23:59 (PST) on 31 July 2026.
   
   
3. Qualifying Purchase
   The promotion applies only to the full purchase of a new Maeving RM1S or RM2 motorcycle. If you decide to cancel your order, we will refund the price of the bike minus the price you paid for your training, and your voucher will become null and void.
   
   
4. Motorcyclist Training Requirement
   Customers must successfully complete their first Motorcyclist Training course before their motorcycle is delivered.
   
   
5. Recent New License Holders
   Customers who have successfully completed their first Motorcyclist Training within three months prior to placing their deposit are also eligible, provided they can supply the required documentation.
   
   
6. Proof of Completion
   To claim the promotion, customers must submit:
   • A valid Motorcyclist Training completion certificate; and
   • A TAX receipt confirming payment for the Motorcyclist Training course, using Maeving’s designated online claim form.
     
     
7. Programme Benefits
   Eligible customers will receive:
   • A $500 discount is applied to the outstanding balance of their motorcycle before final payment.
     
     
8. Exclusions
   • The promotion applies to a customer’s first Motorcyclist Training course and does not include training renewals or refresher courses.
   • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Maeving promotion, discount or offer, unless expressly agreed by Maeving.
   • The promotion has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
     
     
9. Right to Verify
   Maeving reserves the right to verify eligibility and request additional documentation where reasonably required. Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent may be rejected.
   
   
10. General
    Maeving reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not affect customers who have already qualified under these terms.
