Service Package FAQs

“Do I have to use all three services in one year?”

This should be used against the service schedule, which is your first service at 6 months or 600 miles whichever comes first, and then 3000 miles following that or yearly whichever comes first.

“Can I transfer a service to another Maeving rider?”

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer this between Maeving riders as this is specific to your VIN on your bike.

“What happens if I sell my bike?”

If you sell your bike, any service packages purchased for the bike remain associated with the VIN and will transfer over, simply ask the new owner to contact us, we will then ask them to complete a form and that's fully then transferred over.
