New Rider Programme

The following terms and conditions apply to the Maeving New Rider Programme:

1. Eligibility
   The New Rider Programme is open to customers purchasing a new Maeving motorcycle in the UK who meet the eligibility requirements set out below.
   
2. Promotion Period
   To qualify, customers must place a fully refundable £500 deposit between 00:01 (BST) on 1 July 2026 and 23:59 (BST) on 31 July 2026.
   
   
3. Qualifying Purchase
   The promotion applies only to the purchase of a new Maeving RM1, RM1S or RM2 motorcycle.
   
   
4. CBT Requirement
   Customers must successfully complete their first Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) course at a DVSA-approved training centre before their motorcycle is delivered.
   
   
5. Recent CBTs
   Customers who have successfully completed their first CBT within three months prior to placing their deposit are also eligible, provided they can supply the required documentation.
   
   
6. Proof of Completion
   To claim the promotion, customers must submit:
   • A valid CBT completion certificate; and
   • A VAT receipt confirming payment for the CBT course, using Maeving’s designated online claim form.
     
     
7. Programme Benefits
   Eligible customers will receive:
   • A £250 discount applied to the outstanding balance of their motorcycle before final payment; and
   • A £250 J&S gift voucher, which will be provided following completion of the motorcycle purchase. The voucher is subject to the issuing retailer’s own terms and conditions.
     
     
8. Exclusions
   • The promotion applies to a customer’s first CBT only and does not include CBT renewals or refresher courses.
   • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Maeving promotion, discount or offer, unless expressly agreed by Maeving.
   • The promotion has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
     
     
9. Right to Verify
   Maeving reserves the right to verify eligibility and request additional documentation where reasonably required. Claims that are incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent may be rejected.
   
   
10. General
    Maeving reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not affect customers who have already qualified under these terms.
