Maeving at Motorcycle Live 2023

Maeving at Motorcycle Live 2023
Maeving is thrilled to announce that we’ll be attending this year’s Motorcycle Live (MCL) event at the NEC Birmingham. MCL is the year’s biggest get-together for motorbike enthusiasts across the UK, so, it seems only right to bring something pretty special along with us.

UNVEILING THE MAEVING RM1S

This will be your first chance to see the Maeving RM1S in the flesh (or the metal). Not only will you be able to ogle the RM1S to your motorcycle-loving heart’s content, our experienced engineers will also be right there to answer any burning questions you have about our new motorcycle or just have a chat about all things two-wheels.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT MCL 2023

Motorcycle Live 2023 is set up to have something for everybody to enjoy, whether you’re a lifelong biker, you’re new to motorcycling, or even if you’re just bike-curious. There’s A Question of Bikes brought to you by Visordown (it’s like A Question of Sport but with bikes — do you see what they’ve done there?) for fans of trivia. There will also be rolling roads, trial bike experiences, a wheel-change challenge for the budding mechanics amongst you, a Dream Garage that will take you through the history of some of the motorcycles that changed the landscape of the bike world, classic features, and talks with some of the biggest names in the motorcycling world.

Among the speakers at this year’s MCL event will be Carl Fogarty, Jane Daniels, Steve Parrish, James Whitham, Emma Bristow, Ben and Tom Birchall, Dougie Lampkin, Jonathan Rea, Glen English, and a whole host of fellow FIM champions, manufacturers, engineers, and riders with stories to tell and wisdom to share. Quite literally, if they’ve made a mark on the UK motorcycling landscape, they’re going to be at MCL.

A FAMILY AFFAIR

There’s no better place to bring yourself bang up to date with the cutting edge of motorcycling. It’s a family-friendly event — children are welcome — so feel free to bring the kids and watch them fall in love with motorcycling. Once you get bitten by the bike bug, there’s no cure — the obsession stays with you forever.

TEST RIDE WITHOUT A CBT

We’ll be offering test rides of the RM1 at this year’s MCL, regardless of whether you have a licence or not. First-time riders will be able to try the bike without a CBT thanks to the MCIA TryRIDE feature, whilst we will also have bikes available to try in the Electric Test Ride Zone.

Maeving is proud to be a part of MCL, right where we belong as electric motorcycle pioneers, and we can’t wait to see you all there to celebrate our shared love of bikes.
