Summer Sale — Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions govern the "Summer Sale" promotion (the "Promotion"). Placing an order or pre-order during the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Promotion Period

   The Promotion runs from 2 September 2026 until 11:59pm (UK time) on 30 September 2026. Maeving reserves the right to end the Promotion earlier or extend it if necessary.

3. Promotion Details

   Eligible customers receive £500 off the RM1S or £1,000 off the RM2 in the United Kingdom.

4. Delivery

   Delivery timelines will be confirmed on the website at the time of purchase. Maeving reserves the right to change the delivery date.

5. Eligibility

   The Promotion is available to customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United States only, for orders and pre-orders placed directly through the Maeving website.

6. Redemption of Offer

   To redeem the discount, sign up to the Maeving newsletter via the prompt on our website. Your unique discount code will be shown once you sign up and can then be entered at checkout. Customers already subscribed to the Maeving newsletter will be sent their code by email. The code issued will correspond to the model and market you are ordering in, in accordance with Section 3 above. By signing up, you agree to receive marketing communications from Maeving in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Restrictions

   1. Cannot be combined with any other discount, code, offer or finance promotion.
   2. Subject to stock availability; Maeving may adjust the quantity of promotional bikes available.
   3. Applies to eligible pre-orders. If a discounted pre-order is later cancelled, the discount cannot be applied to a new order or pre-order placed after the Promotion ends.

8. Payment and Pricing

   Prices shown reflect the discount and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders. A deposit payment must be made at the time of the order with the remaining balance paid or an accepted finance application made within 5 working days.

9. Modifications

   Maeving reserves the right to alter, cancel or conclude the Promotion at its discretion and without prior notice, including by amending these terms.
